John Arida is a seasoned private banking and capital markets professional with over four decades of expertise in international finance. He currently serves as Senior Private Banker at Audi Capital in Riyadh, where he has been instrumental since 2007 in establishing and expanding the company’s operations in Saudi Arabia.

Throughout his tenure at Audi Capital, Arida has led business development initiatives, spearheaded the sales of MENA investment products, and successfully closed high-value placements, including a SAR 250 million real estate fund. He works closely with regional institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals to deliver tailored investment solutions.

Prior to his role in Saudi Arabia, he held senior leadership positions at top financial institutions, including Bank Audi, where he headed Capital Markets Sales, and BNP Paribas London, where he led landmark structured finance and private placement deals across Lebanon and Jordan.

Arida’s early career includes pivotal roles at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank and Merrill Lynch, where he advised institutional and private clients on a broad range of global financial products and services, from equities and fixed income to derivatives and structured products.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University College at Buckingham, England. Known for his deep market insight, global perspective, and strong client relationships, he continues to be a central figure in shaping Audi Capital's private banking strategy.

Fadi Chami is a senior-level executive with over 20 years of expertise in corporate banking, private equity, real estate development, and investment management across the Middle East. Known for his strategic leadership and financial expertise, Chami has led and advised on multi-billion-dollar portfolios, structured complex investment deals, and consistently delivered results that exceed performance and profitability targets.

Most recently, he served as Chief Investment Officer at White Rocks Holding in Doha, overseeing a USD 2 billion investment portfolio comprising listed equities, private equity, and real estate assets. He led the due diligence, structuring, and execution of high-value deals, including ECA-backed financing, JV agreements, and renewable energy projects, while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal risk management.

Previously, he was Head of Private Banking at Ahli Bank, where he significantly grew the client portfolio and asset base, negotiated international partnerships, and streamlined operations to enhance profitability.

Earlier in his career, he held senior corporate banking roles at Ahli United Bank and Byblos Bank, managing high-profile hospitality and financial sector clients across the region.

Chami holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh Business School) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Saint Joseph University, Lebanon. He has further enhanced his profile with executive programs in entrepreneurial leadership and hotel investments from London Business School and Cornell University.

Feras Al Buraiki is a seasoned banking professional with over 9 years of experience in private and corporate banking, wealth management, and high-value client engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Wealth Manager at Audi Capital, Feras has developed a strong reputation for managing high-net-worth portfolios, optimizing profitability, and leading high-performance teams with strategic vision and client-centricity.

Previously, he held senior roles at Saudi National Bank (SNB), where he advanced from Corporate Banker to Vice President in the Private Banking Division. During his tenure, he successfully managed portfolios exceeding SAR 2.2 billion and led some of the largest treasury cross-sell transactions in the Kingdom for two consecutive years.

Feras holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the American University of Sharjah. His skill set spans investment advisory, risk mitigation, business development, credit evaluations, and employee mentorship making him a trusted partner in building and sustaining long-term client relationships.

Salam-Serge Dagher is a finance and investment professional with a proven track record in wealth management, corporate governance, and capital markets.

Currently serving as Wealth Manager and Head of Support at Audi Capital, he oversees client investment portfolios, provides strategic financial advice while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Previously, he managed corporate governance and board affairs, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance. With a strong background in banking and finance, Salam has held key roles at Bank Audi SAL, in Beirut, including Branch Manager, where he specialized in structured financial products, Eurobonds, and securities trading.

His expertise spans investment advisory, risk management, and customer relations. Salam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Audit/Finance from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK), Lebanon, along with additional certifications in compliance, financial regulation, and strategic leadership.
